The Augustinian Heritage Institute was established to render into English translation the works of Augustine of Hippo, who lived from 354 to 430 of the Christian era.

It oversees the highly acclaimed series, "The Works of Saint Augustine: A Translation for the 21st Century," which is published in association with New City Press. In addition, the Augustinian Heritage Institute oversees the "Augustine Series," showcasing shorter and popular works of Augustine in paperback.

Both series are suitable for the classroom, for researchers, and for individuals seeking to delve into Saint Augustine and the roots of Augustinian spirituality.a
